Welcome!

March 20, 2012

The Area Council on Religious Diversity is a Traverse City-based interfaith organization working to educate, communicate and support religious diversity in northwestern lower Michigan and around the world.

We are a grassroots organization with representatives from various faith traditions who seek to bring hope by working together in mutual cooperation and respect.

ONGOING:

Interfaith/Nonfaith Coffee and Conversation – The third Wednesday of the month, noon.

This is an open forum for area religious/non-religious leaders working together for the common good through the honoring of religious/spiritual diversity.  Our most recent gathering focused on discussing the non-discrimination ordinance in Traverse City and how both faith and nonfaith organizations can voice their concern for equality for everyone in our community.

All area clergy and religious/non religious leaders are invited: Third Weds, 12:00-1:30pm at the Village at Grand Traverse Commons, in the second floor conference room above Cuppa Joe.  RSVP to acordtc [at] gmail.com.
